Nothing, even if I think harder. NONE. Only the colleagues here are nice and friendly.
Cons
The list for the cons can go on and on: 1- The will never pay on time, NEVER. Until you follow up with them for your won salary, even follow ups are useless, they won't pay at all sometimes. 2- They will make you work all 7 days a week, 24/7, you will get emails and messages from the higher management (founders) in the middle of the night and early mornings on weekends, and if you don't answer them you will be accountable. 3- The KPIs here are unrealistic - they 200+ KPIs 4- They won't do your taxes even if it is getting deducted from your pay 5- They won't add your PF money in your PF account, even if the amount gets deducted every month, they keep the money with them. 6- Unrealistic expectations from everyone. 7- if y9uo give them suggestion they will never hear. 8- If you inform about somethings, they will not trust you and will ask data for every little thing. Don't join here, it will be just stressful nothing else. The turnover rate here is exceptionally high, their reviews here are all very old but all of the reviews from years says the same thing, despite of that they still don't work on them. Tenovia doesn't believe in making a good culture or building a culture, they will treat you as a cog in a machine.
