      Pros

      Many opportunities to contribute innovation and self promotion through contributions. Company leadership has very low tolerance for risk at the expense of returns. Time off is average with two weeks vacation. Flex hours and work from home option eliminated in 2014.

      Cons

      Lacking leadership vision, the firm bumbles its way through one missed opportunity after another. Expected projects returns of 15-20% shrink to 3% average after scope creep and sales concessions. Don't expect a bonus.

      Pros

      The best part of Tenova was my fellow coworkers. Everyone was very welcoming and willing to help.

      Cons

      Some challenges are that if you need help, you have to search it out yourself and not rely on others to come to you. Once this was learned, it was a great place to work.
