Cons
Everything. Lack of leadership, responsibility. Excess of nepotism whether it be friend or family, excessive spending and salaries for executives. No synergy between departments, no communication between departments. It was like high school there with all the cliques and various "factions". No one worked together, everyone worked against each other. The company could have been so much more, but executives in leading roles with no experience but have a relationship with the CEO or upper management has brought down the company's potential. I am truly ashamed to say I worked there. My morality and ethics was tested on many an occasion. I really have nothing positive to say about the company or any particular department there.
