I've worked at TennMax as a consultant for almost two years, and my experience has been largely positive. The company's smaller size makes it incredibly agile in decision-making and highly effective at implementing changes. This environment has allowed me to engage in a variety of tasks, often beyond my initial job description, which has been instrumental in expanding my expertise and making a significant impact on the company. Additionally, working with global teams has been a huge advantage, offering me valuable insights into cross-cultural business communication and diverse working styles.

As with any smaller organization, TennMax's structure is still maturing, which can sometimes make it challenging to navigate and get things done efficiently. The dynamic nature of the company means that, aside from fulfilling my primary role, I sometimes need to tackle additional tasks that arise due to new products or shifts in direction. While this can be demanding, it also contributes to a stimulating and varied work experience.
