Pros

- The CEO truly cares about the product - Some of the people you will work with are amazing (most of them are leaving) - In a good location near great food spots - Dogs are allowed in the office

Cons

- If you work in the HQ, prepare to not hear yourself. The space is configured in tight rows. If you and your desk buddy are on the phone at the same time, good luck hearing your call. - CEO is argumentative and a negative influence on the company. His spastic behavior and inability to connect with people is affecting the high turnover of employees. Just read the responses from the CEO on all of the Glassdoor responses - these are opinions, no need to argue, just improve. - Entire Finance team left in January and no communications were issued to employees. - 0 women in leadership out of 8 leaders. - Serious lack of diversity for full-time employees. Contractors are the only diverse group apart of Tenfold. - The CEO does not care if you have a personal life. If he is in the office and you dare leave at 4, you're out of the 'good ol boy' club. - Promotions are mostly issued to the men at the company. - Extremely high voluntary and involuntary turnover rates.

Pros

I was at ease during the interview. No pressure. The interviewer made me so comfortable and the interview was so smooth ... I forgot I even had a bottle of water .

Cons

None at all . NONE.

Pros

Tenfold has achieved the rare combination of relevant product & sharp people behind it. The software fills a gaping hole in terms of the integration needs of almost any company over 100 employees, and thus the organization attracts an impressive pool of job applicants. Everyone who works at Tenfold is adept in their role, and passionate about the the success of the business. This creates an enviroment in which the sum of the parts is greater than the whole, opposed to organizations in which each business function operates in a silo. To join Tenfold right now is to join at an exciting time — the organization is filling headcount needs as they arise, so there is boundless opportunity to identify a business need and fill it yourself. As a result, employees have more control over the direction of their career at this company.

Cons

Things move very quickly, and people are very busy - if you aren't a resourceful self-starter that can create your own momentum and velocity, you may not thrive here. No one is going to tell you what to focus on next, or make sure you're staying on top of your work. That said, people are happy to help you workshop new ideas and support initiatives you spearhead - this is a very collaborative workplace.
