      I learned everything here. They were like family and it broke my heart to leave.

      Salary is a bit less compared to industry standard. Hence had to leave.

      Pros

      1. A nice and friendly atmosphere for a beginner. 2. BPO & KPO jobs done on night shift and IT jobs on day shift. 3. A very active environment with various self-challenging projects. 4. Salary on a fixed date (10th of every month)

      Cons

      There are no such cons since I have been working here as a web developer in IT team from last 1 and 6 years.
