Good place to work and keen to improve - Anonymous employee Tenet Group Employee Review

Generally positive place to work with colleagues who are knowledgeable and keen to help each other (and members/clients!). I get the impression that the company and culture suffered a bit during the COVID lockdown and has been going through a process of rebuilding but it already seems to be much more settled and forward-looking than when I started. The company does seem to want to right by its employees and recently announced some really positive staff benefits. Team are great to work with and flexibility is welcome.
