Great Company - Operations Manager Tenet Concepts Employee Review

Unrealistic expectations, unprofessional staff, too many packages for new employees.

There are no pros to this job. I can't believe Amazon even gave this company a contract.

I have so many cons with Tenet Concept . I don't understand how you still have a contract with Amazon. The supervisors on site at the warehouse play favoritism with employees. The schedule changes without any knowledge to the employees until the day we get to work. They do not stress the importance of sexual harassment on the job. The gossip on the job is nerve wrecking, this male worker messing with this female employee (supervisor). HR not knowing how to fill out employment verification paperwork correctly. Making it so that a the drivers are paid hourly instead of daily as were are then our paychecks not showing it. Or how Amazon it self with hire felons but a company who is contracted through Amazon will not. I have come to the conclusion, it is time to find another employer. Tenet Concepts promised Amazon something they can not deliver and it is stressing to the employees of Tenet Concepts to try and keep up with those demands. We are not properly uniformed. Yet we paid for uniforms out of our check.
