Pros
-NYC office is good. Lots of snacks, drinks, coffee. -Nice fat bonus if you work hard. Better than industry average -Wide exposure of client variety. Work is interesting -401k matching is essentially 4% if you contribute 5%
Cons
-Lack of space on busy days, with some staying at home while others come to on site -Low end of "competitive" salaries. Offset by large bonus, which keeps you chained down. Yearly raises are low overall, or "standard". -Medical benefits are horrible. Premium out of your pocket is harsh. -Actual promotions are rare -One of those unlimited PTO scams--can't have true PTO if your work is not forgiven and still expected anyway
