Decent snacks in the office, junior team (below VP level) are relatively nice, collaborative, and willing to help.
Cons
Horrible work life balance only exacerbated when working with teams across US/UK and also across the US. Managing directors all located in different areas, so there is no presence within the office. Low performance of the business leads to pressure cooker environment.
