Cons
Long hours and big egos. every man for himself culture. Credit taking, politics, sidelining, berating and mocking colleagues publicly are often acceptable behaviors. Integrity not embedded as a value. No clear pathway for advancement but that did seem to be getting better and the firm is trying to create better internal systems.
