Teneo Response
9yThanks for your comments. You’re right that we’ve grown and about the opportunities this brings for new and interesting, ever-more integrated briefs. That also offers our people the chance to work on rich, rewarding briefs and to learn new skills. Our growth is also an opportunity to offer our clients more value and more services which is what we’re focused on doing. We’ve been briefed in 2017 by a number of new clients who recognise this and retained by long-standing clients who like our expanding offer.
It’s a shame when people leave us but they do so for a range of reasons; to continue their careers in new fields, gain different experience, pursue life’s adventures abroad and so on. We’ve also had quite a few returners who’ve gone elsewhere and felt a drive to come back. We love when that happens. From the companies we’ve brought together, there is emerging a new company culture which is undoubtedly still work in progress. We won’t know if we’ve nailed it for a little while yet, though we’re confident we will. At the heart of all of the firms that came together was one simple belief – that we wanted to challenge the status quo and never be seen as the establishment. That belief has not subsided. How we embody it and what it means for our culture is what we’re busy working on each and every day.
