-Basic refreshments & amenities -Work is interesting, with well known diverse clients. -You pick up a few skills useful along the way and connections -Brand name is picking up rather quickly -Lots of company events & lunches (quarterly). -Eager to contribute back to the community
Cons
-Very fast paced environment, with strong talent. -Lack of admin help, with everything done practically solo -Maintaining a work life balance is a bit of a challenge, but that's expected of in this industry. Not exactly a 9-5 job.
