I'd be shocked if Tend is still in business by end of 2025. The business is not profitable and they continue to cut corporate overhead without understanding how the business functions or how it will negatively impact their ability to obtain profitability or deliver a positive patient experience.
There are very few people left in the company that do actual work to try and grow the business. Most of the employees that actually cared to put in the effort to grow the business are long gone. the CEO non existent and fails to provide general strategic direction or communicate with his employees at all. The entire C suite and founding members have left the company because of his inability to lead effectively. The culture and morale of the company is beyond repair.
If you join Tend, expect that you will be doing the work of at least 3 people that quit before you. They are losing money by the day with impatient investors that will pull the plug any day, so don't expect fair compensation or merit increases to keep up with cost of living.
While nice, the HR team is robotic and well aware of the systemic issues but powerless to do anything about it. Read through the glass door reviews and you will see a consistent theme.
