      The culture created internally by the teams is fantastic. Smart, thoughtful people who also happen to be passionate and ingenious problem-solvers who love audiences.

      Cons

      Live events is a tough industry. It runs on ever-changing scope and directives, increasingly tight deadlines, blinding speed, and (post-pandemic) less experienced client teams often driven by procurement goals. But if you love it, you LOVE it.

      Pros

      Great work life balance. Majority of the people who work there are talented and kind minus a few that have a "know it all" mentality since they've been there for a long time.

      Cons

      Since being acquired by Opus, leadership and clientele has not been as great. It's a public image of caring about the employees with their statements on company culture and DEI.
