      Pros

      Strong healthy company culture and a team packed with talent and strong management. Strong creative vision and production pipelines.

      Cons

      We get a lot of very good work done but it does not seem like executives at parent company appreciate the work nor do they give us the time or resources we need to take it to the next level. I think this will get better but for now it remains an issue.

      The local management was proactive and really understood what it takes to make great games

      Pros

      Great health benefits. Good company culture. Excellent GM and much of the dev team was top notch. Rarely had to burn overtime and core hours were appealing to a lot of people.

      Cons

      Design was an area that needed improvement. Would have preferred more transparency from leadership to the dev team. Long term planning could have been better by clearly identifying goals earlier.
