Poor management - Pilot Tenax Aerospace Employee Review

Management would not honor the contract we had. We were lodged on base even though the contract said we were to be off base. This impacted quality of life and pay as it drastically reduced our per diem. Pay was also well below market value. Flying a GIV, we were paid less than we were told we would be. They said first year would be ~$180k. No one got that. The $180k was also below what each of us were told to expect during the interview process ($215k).
