      Weekly pay. Good benefits. Lots of perks.

      Cons

      Benefits are needed due to always being at work. Everyone is interviewed, but it’s a Hispanic boys club. Training not really given until you mess up

      Room for growth, great culture, plenty of opportunities to learn, and investment in its employees.

      Cons

      Very demanding, lots of hours at time above 40, can be a lot to learn, higher expectations than other companies, and hard to seperate work and life at times.
