      Salary is ok, the location of the offices is very good

      Cons

      No growth opportunities. Global Trainee program is a lie, you end up worse than the people that didn't go through it. The company/HR doesn't care about it

      Room for growth, great culture, plenty of opportunities to learn, and investment in its employees.

      Cons

      Very demanding, lots of hours at time above 40, can be a lot to learn, higher expectations than other companies, and hard to seperate work and life at times.
