      good training, internal networking, flat structure

      Cons

      focus on processes and micromanagement. not work-life balance at all, very toxic culture, promotions are based on your internal networking not in your performance, not interested in building common objectives but individualities.

      Very demanding, lots of hours at time above 40, can be a lot to learn, higher expectations than other companies, and hard to seperate work and life at times.
