Pros

Good Benefits, good pay, The Galleria area is nice

Cons

If you 're into working 50 to 60 hours per week minimum, then this is the place for you. Proactivity is something management knows nothing about. Orders are shipped all month long but there's no sense of urgency until the last week of the month to get them processed and invoiced. There are NO process and procedures nor Standard Operating Procedures. Spanish is the primary language spoken around the office and if you're of Hispanic descent you're in. Nothing is invested in employees unless you're a GT (Global Trainee). GT's are sent to Argentina for management training. GT's are fresh out of college and as soon as they get some experience under their belts (provided by Tenaris), they leave Tenaris for other companies. I'm sure other companies love Tenaris for training their new hires. Recent layoffs were of people who had been with the company for some time and were paid higher salaries. While one employee that was retained rarely works a full week due to person issues.

Pros

Room for growth, great culture, plenty of opportunities to learn, and investment in its employees.

Cons

Very demanding, lots of hours at time above 40, can be a lot to learn, higher expectations than other companies, and hard to seperate work and life at times.
