      lots of room to move up and good people to work with. ok pay could do better.

      Cons

      fast past very little time off and no real job security due to the oil and gas industry going up and down at times.

      Environment was great, money was good, benefits were outstanding

      Work life balance was okay. 12 on 2 off schedule but you have a lot of early days
