      Pros

      Insurance was decent, and safety was a strong priority.

      Cons

      Sick time was a hassle, leadership wasn't really on top of issues and a lot of last minute changes happened. Management puts way too much credit into fresh out of college people over workers with decades of experience.

      Room for growth, great culture, plenty of opportunities to learn, and investment in its employees.

      Cons

      Very demanding, lots of hours at time above 40, can be a lot to learn, higher expectations than other companies, and hard to seperate work and life at times.
