      no Pros to share about Tenaris in Romania

      Cons

      long not paid overtime program. Meetings at 11 pm with a lot of instructions which are expected to be presented as "done" in the morning. Poor management and poor culture.

      Room for growth, great culture, plenty of opportunities to learn, and investment in its employees.

      Cons

      Very demanding, lots of hours at time above 40, can be a lot to learn, higher expectations than other companies, and hard to seperate work and life at times.
