      Good Pay and medical benefits.

      Cons

      Vacation is really bad, only get 10 days a year starting. You also have to accrue these 10 days over the year. You gain .83 days per month.

      Room for growth, great culture, plenty of opportunities to learn, and investment in its employees.

      Cons

      Very demanding, lots of hours at time above 40, can be a lot to learn, higher expectations than other companies, and hard to seperate work and life at times.
