      Environment, management, benefits package, decent pay, good hours

      Cons

      Long drive to plant from where most employees live. Pay was lower than similar positions at other plants, because the benefits package was much better.

      Room for growth, great culture, plenty of opportunities to learn, and investment in its employees.

      Cons

      Very demanding, lots of hours at time above 40, can be a lot to learn, higher expectations than other companies, and hard to seperate work and life at times.
