      Professionalism, Structure & Systems, Grown from within culture, empowerment.

      Cons

      Poor work-life balance, leadership style, too process oriented, lack of failure tolerance (innovation means fail sometimes). Being promoted and not being immediately paid for the proper job.

      Very demanding, lots of hours at time above 40, can be a lot to learn, higher expectations than other companies, and hard to seperate work and life at times.
