      Global project team exposure. Salary was increased a few times after meeting and surpassing KPIs. Good performance and company bonus yearly.

      Cons

      Not a con per se, but learning to speak Spanish will be advantageous.

      Room for growth, great culture, plenty of opportunities to learn, and investment in its employees.

      Cons

      Very demanding, lots of hours at time above 40, can be a lot to learn, higher expectations than other companies, and hard to seperate work and life at times.
