      Pros

      Really interesting as a first job while studying your career. Knowledge shareing is one of the biggest pillars that the company is based off. WorldWide enterprise with very different cultures and languages interacting together. Great human groups in both areas I've worked. Great chance to speak freelly with your superior (direct or not). A lot of interaction with people.

      Cons

      Level of burocracy. A little bit late with the salaries ranges. Career Opportunities depends on you dedication to the company and constant insistence.

      Room for growth, great culture, plenty of opportunities to learn, and investment in its employees.

      Cons

      Very demanding, lots of hours at time above 40, can be a lot to learn, higher expectations than other companies, and hard to seperate work and life at times.
