      Pros

      Money is good but their demands are very high.

      Cons

      Nepotism is rampant. Incredible bias to people from Latin American countries as well as Italians. They look down at Americans and act like they are superior to us. There are no American directors.

      Room for growth, great culture, plenty of opportunities to learn, and investment in its employees.

      Cons

      Very demanding, lots of hours at time above 40, can be a lot to learn, higher expectations than other companies, and hard to seperate work and life at times.
