      Pros

      Pay, a lot of nice people work here, the whole GT program is great, for two years you really learn the job in a unique and irreplaceable way.

      Cons

      They're closing a lot of USA offices and production. Don't expect to get very far if you don't speak Spanish or Italian. Also, low social life, the hours can be insane.

      Room for growth, great culture, plenty of opportunities to learn, and investment in its employees.

      Cons

      Very demanding, lots of hours at time above 40, can be a lot to learn, higher expectations than other companies, and hard to seperate work and life at times.

      Us/Them mentality with upper management Although advertised as such, English is NOT the official language of Tenaris Extremely top heavy and layered company
