      Pros

      - Good pay for a starting position - interaction with different cultures - Global approach - Good company to start in

      Cons

      - Extremely Bureaucratic - a very limited Chance for Career progression unless you are Argentinian or Italian - knowledge sharing is not a point of strength. - Some jobs are hectic and others are void. - Skill and competence are not the sole parameters to grow.

      Room for growth, great culture, plenty of opportunities to learn, and investment in its employees.

      Cons

      Very demanding, lots of hours at time above 40, can be a lot to learn, higher expectations than other companies, and hard to seperate work and life at times.
