No too much good think today, the oil price is making a lot, no pros, now. In good days, thecompany has growing posobility and a lot of room to move.
Cons
in crisis drop a lot of employees. people don;t feel encoraged to work.. almost all benefits as been cutted down.. and there is no sgn on reactivation
