      Pros

      Great coworkers. That's it. There is no more pros here.

      Cons

      Poor management. Disorganization. Lack of training. Obsolescence. Very unstable place to work (it depends on the temperature of the O&G market) Lack of opportunities (they're only for manager's friends/family). If you're not a supply chain worker, forget Tenaris if you want to pursue a serious career.

      Pros

      Room for growth, great culture, plenty of opportunities to learn, and investment in its employees.

      Cons

      Very demanding, lots of hours at time above 40, can be a lot to learn, higher expectations than other companies, and hard to seperate work and life at times.
