Company culture is very supportive - our team is very close and collaborate often. Leads are provided to you and there are in office mentors available to assist you. There is only room to grow here as your performance is truly a reflection of what you pour into your day to day. I am very happy to be here and to be a part of this team.

Your production and performance is completely up to you so you have to have self discipline to exceed company goals and expectations. If you can not structure your own day this is not for you.

Early in our partnership with TenantBase our CRE firm received a lot of leads. Not all of them were opportunities, however some were worth it. It was helpful in growing our business.
Cons
A lot of changes happened to their marketing and the leads didn't come in as frequently, which was disappointing.
