Pros
None that meaningfully offset the issues below.
Cons
Tenant Evaluation has one of the most unhealthy and exploitative work cultures I have experienced.
A significant portion of operations is outsourced to a team in Colombia that is clearly underpaid, while clients are led to believe they are receiving support from U.S.-based teams.
The platform itself is extremely faulty and unreliable, yet employees are blamed for systemic issues outside of their control.
If you dare to get sick, you'll be met with guilt-tripping and pressure to keep working regardless. Overtime is expected and normalized, but not compensated. The environment feels exploitative, with constant pressure to do more for nothing in return.
Leadership frequently uses fear as a management tactic, including threatening that “AI will replace you” if you do not meet unreasonable demands. There is no sense of employee well-being, growth, or respect. You are treated as disposable labor.
Overall, the culture is toxic, unsupportive, and borderline inhumane. Leadership could not care less about burnout, work-life balance, or fairness.
