- you meet some great minds - decent pay - good benefits - but you can always get it elsewhere
Cons
- very corporate - robotic management - don't give a toss about anyone - HR? What HR? - favouritizm at its best - career opportunities very limited and if you're not management's favorite you are bound not to go far. - people will step on you to get to the top and management will be standing there watching the rat race with pride
