Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. I am sorry to see that your experience at TenX has not matched our intention of being one of the best places you have ever worked. We are happy that you enjoy our flexible working hours and daily catered lunch. From our most recent workplace study, 82% of your colleagues enjoy it too and in fact, we have a higher ratio of employees who love to come in to the office to collaborate with each other; more than the average company. In our recent values survey, 73% of our employees said they are proud to work at TenX because they are surrounded by smart people. We are very proud of our employees who are self motivated to achieve even and aren’t pegged down by structure, which is normal for a startup. With our flexible work hours and unlimited annual leave, we put full trust in our employees to have integrity, honesty and positivity in themselves and their work at TenX. We are sorry this is not the case for you and we hope you take personal care for yourself by taking time to reflect on your work and contributions. We also note your Product feedback, we have just come out of a three-day Product workshop which helped to rally our teams and give us a more defined direction with the launch of Squads. The feedback from the workshop was amazing and we are thrilled to see people stepping up and working on projects far outside their job description. We will also be re-launching OKR’s later this year to give us more guidance and increased company communication and transparency.
