      Corporate Benefits. Base Salary. That's All.

      Cons

      Inept and manipulative management. Abusive hiring and firing practices. Mind-numbing work. Egomaniac and control freak CEO. No room for creative thinking, or thinking at all. Unless you like being an abused cog in the wheel of a backwards-thinking corporation, find something else. Don't get lured in by the base salary and the promise of commissions.

      Pros

      Great people to work with on the floor and good benefits while available.

      Cons

      This is a house built on quicksand. Turnover incredibly high, management dysfunctional as can be and a culture that is the most toxic you'll find in corporate real estate.
