Pros
I firmly believe Management understands the market and has placed Ten-X Commercial on the proper glide path for success. The merger of commercial real estate and technology is not easy. It takes time, talent, resources, the right plan, and right mix of dedicated individuals. It is easier to expose the negative in lean or tougher times, or when things get hard. I would argue it is harder to stay focused, take risks, fail and build from those experiences. Our team handles adversity, changes, deadlines with the upmost professionalism and dedication. I commend the leadership structure for meaningful transparency and rational exuberance in relaying the long term plan for success.
Cons
Being a "Con" is always in the perspective you take. Change is the only constant, in life and at work. There will be setbacks and failures. There will be great success too.
