      Pros

      Most employees incl execs are very approachable. If you aggressively pursue and make it known you want to work in a certain department, you will more than likely get the chance to work there as a junior... eventually... on minimal wage though. Good at hiring internally for junior positions.

      Cons

      Manager and Exec positions are usually filled externally.

      Pros

      Hardworking team making a lot with the resources they have.

      Cons

      The closing of the Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth bulletins was obviously not ideal but I understand why it was done

      Pros

      Atmosphere of mutual respect. The lowest paid workers sit on the same quality of chairs as the highest paid workers.

      Cons

      Rather than being rehired i had my ideas recycled by other employees
