Great Work Environment - Host/Hostess Ten Employee Review

The best time of my life.

I can’t think of any cons.

I worked at Ten for two years. The environment is beautiful and the food is excellent. Staff meal every night, which was awesome (mostly). A few co-workers have turned out to be great friends. I made pretty good money as a server and had a very flexible schedule.

There is a serious lack of management, and that became a major issue. There are a few employees who do not understand what harassment is and apparently, it doesn't matter. Concerns, questions, and comments were brushed aside and nothing was ever addressed.
