      Great people, good work, some management is ok.

      Cons

      I was harrassed and have witness statements and because I wasnt upper management they let me go. Upper management will not take fault for their own actions. They dont listen to people on the floor. This company dont have values.

      It's a large company but employees aren't just a number. Employees have lots of room to advance.

      Cons

      At times the "buddy" system is still seen. HR can get over zealous in its role.
