Pros
The people who are not in leadership are great and I still stay in touch with many of them today. The benefits were also competitive and pay was good.
Cons
Considering how great the people are it can be surprising they can manage to work here. The pace is fast, which for an agency you might expect, however most of the extra work is created due to lack of communication and not staying within scope of a project. Many times large projects would change the day before client presentations which created frantic work and there were numerous times I felt gaslighted by my own boss. It was an unhealthy work environment, not only due to long hours but from a lack of strong leadership and true desire for people to grow. How they have a high rating on glassdoor is beyond me.
