Tempting Talent Response

Thank you for your feedback and I am sorry that our restructuring aimed at solving this growth pain involved your redundancy in New York. Tempting Talent has doubled in headcount in 2022, with lots of success stories across the business. Our managers were managing teams between London and New York, which we have resolved into a more streamlined and supportive structure for 2023. Our teams are now well-placed to support the next stage of our growth. I wish you the best for the future. Jack Saxton - CEO

Pros

Such a fun and inclusive environment. All employees are hard-working and there seems to be no ego amongst senior leadership. Junior employees are given a voice and their advice seems to really be taken on board by those above them. The training program is run on-the-job so that you can learn from your mistakes and understand the specialist market whilst practicing your recruitment style. Seniors have over 5 - 20 years of experience in the industry starting new ventures, building successful desks from scratch, and training successful billers and managers. An excellent 'family' that is there to support you throughout your progression at the firm. Everyone is really looked after and respect is evident regardless of level. The company really tries to understand your strengths and then 'hyper-power' them so that you become a billing-machine, excellent managing, a culture creator, and more.

Cons

The company is split between specialising in the European & Americas market. Due to being in Rec2Rec, calls are not always held during the traditional hours of the day (9-5p.m.). Employees have to be comfortable to work unique hours, but management is very flexible with schedule so there really aren't many stresses caused from this.
