      Pros

      The owners at T.A.M. are very personable with the staff which is good. You have the ability to work for a period of time and get an actual feel for the company sort of like "test driving".

      Cons

      Sometimes you are called on a last minute assignment and you feel obligated to go because you don't want to be passed up on the next assignment.

      Pros

      I love working with Temporary Apartment Management, Inc. Team (TAM). They are an awesome team which is a reflection of the owner Lisa Eggleston. They are easy to work with and Lisa is very hands-on and approachable about anything. They get to know you as an individual to define what your desire and strong points are. They work with you by trying to place you in the areas of your desire; however, keeping you informed of all positions available.

      Cons

      I've been with TAM for over 14 years. 8 of those years I worked on a job that hired on as a result of TAM's lead. I've never encountered a rude moment with them.
