Pros
The culture is high-trust, low-ego, and openly collaborative. I’ve felt supported without being micromanaged by leadership. Lots of growth opportunities. Product has a strong fit in a rapidly growing market.
Cons
Like most fast-growing companies, priorities can shift and some processes are still catching up with the stage of the business. Leadership does a great job at keeping everyone informed, but being comfortable with some ambiguity is a must!
