I have been working for TPM for almost a year now and I consistently see management working with employees for advancement opportunities and they truly care for their employees. If you put in the hard work you will see the positive outcome. This company is growing exponentially and its a great time to be a part of this company and see the opportunities that will come your way.

High turnover, but usually by people who are job jumpers and expect a promotion in 6 months and were already looking for a new job before their 1st day.

I've worked here for almost 2 years and my position at the company has evolved exponentially. I feel like my voice is heard and my talents are recognized which is a perk of working for a local business. The company is building and purchasing beautiful properties which is very exciting to be a part of.

There has been quick turnover in the past that has made me feel unstable in my position but looking back all of those changes were necessary.
