      Lovely team to work with and the founders really go above and beyond to ensure everyone is happy, lovely working environment

      Expected to wear alot of hats and do far beyond what you are paid for

      Pros

      staff discount, nice office, small team, competitive pay.

      Cons

      no career progression, management stuck in the dark ages, no pay rises and if you do manage to get one its because your in the good books.
