Pros
Great coworkers. Supervisors are for the most part really good to work with. The customers were usually pretty friendly and nice to deal with since they were all tourists enjoying their holidays.
Cons
Managment was pretty awful. Hopefully things have improved recently. Some managers treated their employees like children. Certain higher up staff members don't know simple manners and are rude. For example, not saying a simple hello to you in the morning or saying things such as please and thank you. Pay is low and was often wrong when it came time for your paycheque. Managment spent a lot of time watching employees on the surveillance system. Asking for a day off was a painful and unnecessary ordeal and they denied your requests half of the time anyway, even with a months notice(as asked in the contract). When I worked there, you would get one days notice of your weekly schedule, sometimes two days if you were lucky. It was very hard to make plans outside of work.
